Using Emistic constitutes acceptance of the current Cookie policy. If the Cookie Policy changes, the Effective Date will change. In such a situation, you will be notified.

Read the rules and find out what cookies are

Cookie files are small pieces of text in which information is saved in web browsers. They are used in computers, smartwatches, phones and other devices to save and receive information (e.g. whether you are logged in). We refer to them as "Cookies" in this policy.

If you use Emistic, you use cookies regardless of whether you are registered or logged in or not. Thanks to cookies, we are able to send you this message in the language that is most appropriate for you, increase the page loading speed, understand information about you (e.g. in what language you want to read this message), adapt the website accordingly and provide you with better protection.

In this policy, we present the purposes for which we use cookies. The principles of information processing using cookies also apply to the principles of privacy protection, excluding elements that would be different from the principles applicable to cookies.

Why we use cookies

Cookies are the way we send information about you, such as your preferred language (currently Polish) or your preferred Emistic subdomain (e.g. www). This allows us to provide you with the best access to Emistic (e.g. if you want to change the language, you only need to change it once). We also use them to confirm that you are in the process of registering or that you have successfully completed the account login process.
