Emistic Regulations

Emistic provides technologies and services that enable you to connect and navigate the Internet easily and safely. These regulations ('Regulations') govern the user's use of Emistic.

Regulations for people using the Emistic promotion (emistic free until October 1, 2025):

• 1. USER
  • 1.1. The user uses the function of creating and editing bio, until October 1, 2025. After this time, access to Emistic will be low unless the user purchases access after October 1, 2025.
  • 1.2. The user may unsubscribe from the free version of Emistic at any time:
    • To do this, remove the active bio and send a message to the website owner via Instagram (account name: miroslaw_mitka) with information about resigning from Emistic.
  • 1.3. The user may not provide false information in the bio that could harm the recipient, intentionally mislead him or violate his privacy or security.
  • 1.4. The user may not include elements in the bio that would violate the law.
  • 1.5. The user cannot place content in the bio to which he or she does not have the rights (e.g. logo).
  • 1.6. You may not attempt to manipulate or copy the site's code.
• 2. EMISTIC
  • 2.1. If any of the above provisions are violated, the website owner may block the user's account or the bio created by him.
• 3. Final provisions
  • 3.1 Regulations for persons using the Emistic promotion are valid until October 1, 2025
  • 3.2 The owner reserves the right to change the regulations if the above regulations lack information necessary for the user to function on the website. In such a situation, you will be notified and you will have time to decide whether you want to use emistic with the new regulations.
